The papiNet QR schema is also stored on-line for inclusion together with your XML e-documents. Use a Name-Value pair separated by a space, where the Name is the namespace http://www.papinet.org/qr/v1r00 and the value is the URL http://www.papinet.org/qr/v1r00/QR_V1R00.xsd for the papiNet QR schema.
